I'd change jobs hoping it would be different "this time". But as the saying goes, "where ever you go, there you are." Once I looked inward, I stopped focusing on what I couldn't control, and focused on what I could control: MYSELF.
I transformed from an overwhelmed, anxious "boss babe" circa 2015, who could barely get out of bed - into someone my clients now describe as "a very grounding presence."
