I burned out—not once, but twice—during my 13 year career before I realized I needed a different path forward.

I'd change jobs hoping it would be different "this time".  But as the saying goes, "where ever you go, there you are." Once I looked inward, I stopped focusing on what I couldn't control, and focused on what I could control: MYSELF.

 

I transformed from an anxious, burned out "boss babe" circa 2015, who could barely get out of bed - into someone my clients now describe as "a very grounding presence."

 

Incoming cliche... I know how hard it is to imagine existing in a way you've never experienced, or seen... but If I can make this shift from chaos to clarity, so can you!
